Ensenada 2022 Event CancelledAnyone who has ever worked on hosting and producing a conference knows it’s a tough project to undertake. When it’s a brand-new conference, it’s even tougher. We knew there was a long list of things to handle – but that list kept growing, as did the expenses. The one thing that didn’t grow as much as it needed to was the number of tickets sold.
Consequently, we were forced to consider whether we could proceed with the event or would we have to cancel and refund all tickets. This weekend, we hit the critical point and had to decide to pull the plug.
Our speakers have all been notified. Their generosity with their knowledge won’t be forgotten.
Everyone who bought a ticket (in-person or virtual) has been notified and their purchase has been refunded. We also appreciate their votes of confidence. We were really looking forward to meeting everyone and enjoying some great presentations and activities with them.
So for now, we’re licking our wounds. Eventually, we’ll get around to trying to figure out why things didn’t work out.

Evening: Arrival in Ensenada. Welcome meet and greet. Snacks, drinks, and great conversation and networking.

Deep Sea fishing charter or wine tasting tour. For our attendees and speakers looking for a little something special, we are also offering an optional day of wine tasting (or tequila) through the Mexican wine country, or you may join us on a day of deep sea fishing on the ocean (weather permitting)

Each ticket to the DeepSEO Conference includes:
Lodging at the Hotel Coral Y Marina on the 23rd, 24th, and 25th.
Meals will be provided every day. Starting on the 23rd we will have a gathering in the evening with light food and drinks. Meals on the 24th and 25th will include breakfast, lunch, and dinner on site. With the hotel being a 5 star resort, we know that the food will be amazing.
We are providing an option for “plus 1”. This applies to spouses, friends, or colleagues. If you want to share a room to help with the costs of attending the event, we have a discounted “plus 1” option. So bring your significant other to enjoy Ensenada, or meet up with a colleague or co-worker, and share a room. All other amenities remain in place.

Need tickets for more than one person at your company? Want to bring along a spouse or significant other? Share a room and save on the cost of attendance. If you need more than one “plus one” ticket, please let us know and we can discuss “group discounts” for groups willing to share rooms.
Transportation
Most of our attendees will be arriving through San Diego. DeepSEO Con will be providing multiple bus transportation options from the border to Ensenada or you may choose to drive yourself, or take on of the popular Mexico Uber styles services to the event. Details to follow.
Adventure Day
August 26, 2022
Add on a bonus day of socializing and adventure in Mexico! You get to choose between a wine country tour or a deep sea fishing charter. Along with the adventure comes another night in the Hotel Coral Y Marina and appropriate meals.
Wine Country Tour: Visit some of Mexico’s best vineyards and sample some amazing local wines and food.
Deep Sea Fishing: Join us on one of several charter fishing boats as we head out to the deep water for some fantastic fishing on the ocean.
